Glue, batteries, and pigments are not included due to shipping policies.

Yes. Please prepare liquid silicone glue (recommended). Basic tools are included; no special tools needed.
3) How is it powered?
The lights run on 2 × AA batteries (not included).
4) Is it pre-assembled?
