Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship our gifts to most countries worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from multiple warehouses depending on the item, but most orders are fulfilled from our trusted suppliers in Asia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@minijoyly.com within 4 hours. After that time, the order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within a few days.

What if I never received my item?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days after shipping, please contact us for a resolution. You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. If you're not satisfied, please reach out to us. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Depending on your country, customs fees may apply. These are not included in our product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
