We ship from multiple warehouses depending on the item, but most orders are fulfilled from our trusted suppliers in Asia.
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@minijoyly.com within 4 hours. After that time, the order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes.
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within a few days.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days after shipping, please contact us for a resolution. You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
